BritSpine 2027 will bring together the UK spine community at ICC Wales from 21-23 April 2027, and we are now inviting abstract submissions for consideration as part of the scientific programme.

We welcome work covering research, clinical practice, service development, innovation, education and other areas relevant to spinal care. Accepted abstracts will be presented to a multidisciplinary audience from across the UK and beyond, providing an opportunity to showcase your work, discuss your findings with colleagues and peers from across the country, and contribute to the exchange of ideas across the specialty.

Submissions are welcomed from professionals working across the breadth of spinal care, including surgeons and trainees, physicians, allied health professionals, nurses, researchers, scientists and students.

 

Successful abstracts will be selected for either an oral podium presentation or a poster presentation at the ICC Wales.

Please note: All presentations will take place in person at the venue. There will be no option for virtual or remote presentation.

Abstracts should be submitted through the dedicated BritSpine 2027 Oxford Abstracts submission portal: https://app.oxfordabstracts.com/stages/83540/submitter

You will need a free Oxford Abstracts account to make a submission. If you do not already have an account, you can create one when accessing the portal. The submission portal contains the full abstract requirements, guidance and submission form.

Key submission information

Abstracts are limited to 300 words, with an additional maximum of 25 words for the title.

Submissions will undergo review following the submission deadline, after which submitters will be contacted by email with the outcome. Where an abstract is accepted, the presenting author will be asked to confirm acceptance of the presentation offer.
