To assist delegates planning their visit, a selection of hotels close to ICC Wales has been arranged, with conference accommodation rates available for BritSpine 2027 attendees.
The hotels listed below offer a range of accommodation options, including properties within walking distance of the conference venue and others served by a dedicated conference shuttle service.
We recommend booking accommodation early, as room availability at the advertised rates may be limited.
Important booking information
The rates listed below are per room, per night, based on single occupancy, and include breakfast, Wi-Fi and VAT.
All four hotels require full payment at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure that your travel arrangements are confirmed before making a reservation.
Shuttle Service between ICC Wales and hotels (Tŷ Newport, Coldra Court and Tŷ Magor)
Further information on conference shuttle services will be published closer to the event.
Note for BritSpine 2027 Faculty: Tŷ Hotel Newport is the conference headquarters hotel. Faculty members will be contacted separately regarding their accommodation arrangements and should not make a booking directly at this hotel.

The hotel is a modern, friendly hotel located just off M4 Junction 24, making it extremely convenient for ICC Wales. Comfortable bedrooms with workspaces, CASA Kitchen & Bar, Costa coffee and fitness centre onsite.
LOCATION: 15 minute walk or 3-5 minute drive to the ICC Wales, there will also be a shuttle service at the beginning and end of the conference day, exact timings will be confirmed closer to the event date
PARKING: On-site parking £6.50 per night
CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 11:00 am
RATES: £180.00 Single Occupancy, Inclusive of breakfast and Wi-Fi.

COLDRA COURT HOTEL
Coldra Court Hotel is a modern, comfortable 4‑star property in Langstone, Newport, It sits just off the M4 (J24), making it extremely convenient for both leisure and business stays. The hotel is known for its relaxed atmosphere, spacious rooms, and its popular smokehouse‑style restaurant, The Rib Smokehouse & Grill. With onsite indoor swimming pool and fitness centre.
LOCATION: 10-12 Minute walk or 2-3 minute drive to the ICC Wales, there will also be a shuttle service at the beginning and end of the conference day, exact timings will be confirmed closer to the event date.
PARKING: On‑site guest parking, charged at £13.50 per 24 hours

Tŷ Hotel Magor
Tŷ Hotel Magor is a modern, practical hotel located just off M4 Junction 23A, making it ideal for business travellers, and event delegates. The hotel has a relaxed modern feel with bar and dinning facilities as well as a fitness centre with light cardio and resistance equipment.
LOCATION: 6-8 minute drive to the ICC Wales, there will also be a shuttle service at the beginning and end of the conference day, exact timings will be confirmed closer to the event date

Holiday Inn Newport
Holiday Inn Newport is a full service hotel located just off M4 Junction 24, directly opposite ICC Wales, making it one of the closest and most convenient hotels for conference delegates. It offers modern rooms, free resident parking and leisure facilities.
LOCATION: 9 minute walk to the ICC Wales. Please note there is no shuttle service to this hotel.
PARKING: Complimentary on site parking for residents

Alternative Accommodation Option – Self-Catering Properties
For delegates, trainees and exhibitors travelling together, self-catering accommodation may offer an alternative to traditional hotel stays.

The Mews – Newport
2 bedrooms | Advertised for up to 3 guests
A furnished two-bedroom property offering self-catering accommodation for individuals or smaller groups, with kitchen and living facilities.
