How do I apply?
If you would like to sponsor, exhibit or take advantage of some of the packages detailed in the sponsorship pack, please complete the booking form and sign the terms and conditions in the pack and return via email to spineevents@mosaicevents.co.uk. All bookings will be dealt with on a first come first served basis.
